Project Analyst / Internal Consultant

The Company

My client is one of the worlds largest security businesses with operations across the world. They operate across the biggest airports and venues on the planet including some of the biggest and best sporting events.

With the introduction of yet more events and venues they are growing all the time and 2014 is no exception. They are a great business to work for with ample opportunity to progress and with the chance for global mobility. The UAE is a big growth focus for the business and as a result they are looking for excellent Analysts / Consultants to join their internal consulting team.

The Role

The role could include but will not be limited to the following:

• Project Analysis
• Project Management
• To be the lead on multiple projects
• Projects could range from Systems role outs to Change Management initiatives
• Devising short and long term strategies
• Influencing both internal and external stakeholders
• Presentation preparation and delivery
• Internal Practice development
• The position will report to the finance director but will cover all aspects of the business from Finance to Supply Chain, HR and Marketing
• The business in the middle east is large and as such the successful candidate will be comfortable managing large scale projects

Requirements

The Person

The business are looking for a candidate that currently works for a management consultancy firm. They will experience in managing large scale transformation projects and making processes and business areas more lean and productive.

Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be a consultant working in a consulting firm but looking for a new challenge in industry. The role will offer a better work / life balance than the life of a consultant but it will offer all of the interesting challenges that you will have come to expect from consulting.
