Employment: Full Time

The Project analyst – Interventional is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of defined outcomes of the project within the agreed timeframes, budget, quality and resources to deliver the organizations objectives. The involves undertaking activities as agreed within the project plan, utilizing the clients Information Management Project Management Methodologies, and delivering services that meet the customer needs, as specified in the scope of assignment for the role shown below:

The Project Analyst – Interventional is responsible for
• Assisting clinical and support services in analyzing and developing clinical business requirements and specifications for the pharmacy including medication management component of clinical information based solutions.
• Analyzing the clinical information system vendor solution for pharmacy including medication management and coordinating the development of resolutions for solution gaps.
• Coordinating and supporting clinical and support service in the implementation planning, project management and implementation for the pharmacy including medication management component of the clinical information system program.
• Co-coordinating and supporting clinical and support services to complete pharmacy including medication management process mapping, analysis and issue resolution as part of the clinical information system program
• Coordinating and facilitating pharmacy including medication management component of the clinical information systems design, build and test activities as part of the clinical information system program implementation.
• Assisting in activation planning and implementation of the pharmacy including medication management component of the clinical information system for the hospital.
• Assisting in the planning of operational services for the clinical informatics unit with specific focus on pharmacy areas.
• Monitoring the compliance of the pharmacy including medication management component of the clinical information system to data and quality standards as determined by the enterprise architecture.

Requirements

Essential Criteria
Demonstrated extensive health care laboratory experience including managing hospital pharmacy service
Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy
Demonstrated experience of clinical process reviews and service improvement especially for pharmacy or clinical pharmacy
Demonstrated experience in implementing clinical information systems or as a 'superuser' of clinical information systems

Desirable
Master's Degree - Health Care or Health Informatics
