Employment: Full Time

The Project Analyst performs administrative duties and works collaboratively with the Sidra team to ensure successful delivery of IT portfolio and projects activities. The incumbent assists in analyzing project portfolio data, developing project plans, tracking project status, and recommends priorities based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring that management expectations and triple constraints (scope, deadlines and budgets requirements) are met.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Project Analyst supports a small part of a function or process.
As per direction from management/supervisors, defines and performs basic analyst duties and/or supports Project Managers.
The Project Analyst works closely with subject matter experts in order to train/guide them in project and portfolio management processes and methodologies across a wide range of projects.
Assists in Strategic decisions taken by Executive management by gathering and presenting data from various IT portfolios in timely and accurate manner.
Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills, handles detailed, structured problems. Conveys information in a concise and professional manner.
Works on assignments where judgment is required a majority of the time. Completes work in accordance with accepted practices within field.
Performs project management activities and contributes to PMO processes improvements.
Responsible for consistent IT portfolio status reporting and analyzing project data against key process indicators so as to aid in the governance of the overall project management process.
Manages day-to-day activities and long-term scope of the Quality Companies leasing, sales, and recruiting portfolio through the application of payments, collections, and reporting.
Analyzes quantitative and qualitative information each month/quarter and on an ad hoc basis from assigned supervisor and identifies areas of concern.
Participates in a routine phase/project/process. Builds productive internal relationships.
Collaborates with others to achieve objectives, follow-up and ensures information flow.
Assesses accuracy of detailed information. Tracks, maintains and produces regular and ad hoc reports.
Identifies barriers to task completion and effectively brings them to management for resolution.
Establishes approaches for completing assignments.
Adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities; accepts responsibility for results of actions. Works with team to support achievement of project milestones and deliver on internal and/or external commitments.
Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
10+ years experience in an IT environment;
5 years experience in:
* Project management domain performing various project analysis, coordinating and reporting functions.
* Experience in using or improving project analysis and project management processes.
* Experience in working with medium to large scale IT services operation.
* Attended PMP course from certified institute.
Ability to analyze, develop policies, procedures, define standards and methodologies in service management domain.
Experience in utilizing project management methodologies, best practices and processes
Experience in PM tools, techniques, and analysis of medium to large scale IT projects.
Exposed to vendors and outsourcing engagements
Good Interpersonal skills.
Ability to think quickly and provide accurate responses to questions.
Good Documentation skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
