The Project Analyst is directly accountable to the Project Manager in the area assigned. The Project Analyst is accountable for assisting the Project Manager in managing, planning, and monitoring key projects from concept/design through to implementation and project closure. The Project Analyst has a responsibility to gather and analyze data, assist in preparing various project management reports that cover forecast reports, budget status, and other management related reports. The incumbent shall have advanced vocational knowledge of project management, demonstrating application of specialized methods, techniques, and processes required. It is essential the employee is able to perform the work within standardized and established procedures in similar situations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates and prepares external and internal reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing information from various projects
- Reports on project deliverables and schedules in timely manner and working on overall project planning
- Studies assigned projects; understanding project requirements, and analyzing project goals and targets
- Evaluates and monitors the efficiency and performance of projects to make sure that project execution is on target
- Assists in the initiation process, conducting studies, coordinating in analysis to allocate resource, and evaluating the project reviews
- Monitors project budgets, reviewing expenses and reports to determine whether allocated funds are spent as specified
- Works with project team to prepare budgets and cost application for latest projects
- Assists in the preparation of project budget and forecast the expenditures
- Performs other duties as required

Requirements

- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a Business or Healthcare-related field
- Preferred: Masters degree in a Business or Healthcare-related field
- Experience: Minimum: 3 -5 years in business, healthcare, or project management
- Preferred: 5+ years experience in project management in healthcare, PMP Certification
- Language Skills: Written and spoken English required. Written and spoken Arabic preferred
- Computer Skills: Knowledge and use of MS Office Products, Knowledge and use MS Project Management Planning and Contract Management
