The RoleThe RoleResponsibilities will include, but not limited to: • Shop drawing preparation and submittals in compliance with the design intent. coordination of the Shop drawings of different trades and disciplines. • Materials submittals comprising technical literature, samples and mock-ups as appropriate and in compliance with design specifications. • Direction and supervision of workers and insure workmanship of installation to be in compliance with design specifications. • Monitoring progress of works to ensure timely execution of work in accordance with the project schedule and in coordination with the work of other trades and disciplines. • Attendance as required at site progress and technical meetings to resolve technical issues. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor's degree in Architecture • Minimum 8 years site experience in an architectural Engineering with Construction Contractor. • Experience should include mid-rise and high-rise large commercial and residential projects • In-depth knowledge of architectural construction and finishing materials and • Knowledge of construction detailing. • An understanding of other engineering requirements of building projects and the coordination of these into the construction process. |
