The RoleThe RoleKEO International Consultants is a world ranked and leading Architectural, Engineering, and Project and Construction Management Firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The Project Architect will be responsible for working on multi-discipline design projects, including commercial, residential, tall tower and mixed-use developments. This role will include Architectural Design, Production Drawings, Design Reviews and Design Management. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Proven ability in producing concepts designs, client presentations, along with controlling and supervising the design team through to Tender Stage. • Thorough knowledge of construction materials, standards and codes in reviewing documents in various phases for design intent and a good understanding or Architectural quality. • Excellent communication and time management skills with experience in coordinating and managing internal Design disciplines. • Good understanding of architectural detailing with experience in CAD / Revit software. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications: B.Arch Degree. Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience. Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA is preferred. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy environment would be beneficial. Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
