Project Architect

Purpose:
The role of the Project Architect is to execute the development of functional designs in line with SSH quality standards, client and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Produce complete detailed plans, design drawings and specifications to required standards.
Provides technical guidance to the team on project issues and matters and monitors outcome, serving as representatives for all matters related to discipline, and where applicable discussing with the client.
Assists in preparing correspondence to clients, consultants, municipal authorities, contractors and other concerned, in coordination Statutory Authority department.
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
7+ years of post-graduate experience.
Proficient user of Revit
Experience of working on International projects is desirable
Demonstrated skills on 3+ projects
Data Management Systems Experience - Deltek, Newforma, HR.Net advantageous
Qualifications:
Relevant Architectural Degree
Registered to relating professional body in country of origin and eligible for registration in local region - required (Location Dependent)
