Job description / Role
Job Objective:
The role is to support the administrative functions of the Senior Product Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager and be part of the Surgical Workplaces division within MAQUET Middle East. The position provides administrative support and plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the project sales business
Essential Duties and Tasks:
• Assist SPM on all project sales duties
• Prepare project quotations
• Prepare all needed calculations related to the sales function
• Liaise externally between MAQUET’s customers and Customer Service department for all post-sale variations
• Follow up with Customer Service department to make sure orders are placed with the respective parties
• Follow up on assigned tasks (RFQ and design)to make sure deadlines are met
• Liaise internally between the sales and implementation units
• Prepare a project library to keep track of all versions of the project sales quotations/offerings
• organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information related to the project sales business
• Any other tasks assigned as the project business evolves
Requirements
• Excellent computer skills-Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent mathematical skills (calculating GP, discounts etc)
• Possess time management skills
• Able to perform multiple tasks promptly
• Possess good organizational and presentation skills
• Experience within a healthcare company desirable but not essential
