The Role

The Role

Our client is responsible for the delivery of a QR 30bn capital programme in local roads and drainage works, in line with Qatar’s 2030 vision of urban regeneration and development. They are looking for a Project Controls Lead with mega-project experience in infrastructure.


Monitoring of supply chain partners comprising programme management consultant, Design Consultants, Contractors and suppliers.

Work in partnership with consultants and contractors to ensure delivery of the capital programme to achieve time, quality and financial objectives.

Responsible for application of governance procedures to provide regular and validated reports on programme and project performance.

Preparation of regular reports and briefing papers on the performance and delivery of the local roads & drainage programme.

Management of risk across the capital programme and preparation of management reports to propose strategies for mitigation.



Degree Qualified
Experience with p6
You will have 20 years experience on similar and large-scale projects
You will have experience with the top international companies in the region
You will have a good understanding of GCC policies and procedures
You will have excellent client-side experience
