The RoleThe RoleKEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Working within KEO’s Project Management and Construction Management Division, the Project Controls Manager will be reinforcing functional controls for projects from inception to completion. Qualified candidates will be required to demonstrate experience in the following: • Preparation of project specific plans and the set up of procedures along with the understanding of the various design and tender stages through to completion. • Ability to prepare reports for management which may include project status reports, status of payments, schedules, financial analyses and earned value achievements. • Capability of assisting in the preparation of technical and price proposals from within the Project Management division. • Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from a project/program management background. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships. • Working knowledge of Project Controls software such as Primavera P5 / P6 or Microsoft Project. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering within a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience. • Masters qualifications will be viewed favourably. • Registration of a recognized Professional Engineering Board such as PE (Professional Engineer) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is required. • Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous KEO offers long term career opportunities, generous expatriate salary packages and dynamic career development opportunities.
