Project Controls Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Project controls support and expertise across a collection of projects in a single geographic region.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- A project controls professional in a line function who manages project controls specialists and institutes and maintains the project controls system of a group.
- May have primary responsibility for project controls and manage the project controls of a specific project.
- Supports, reinforces, and guides the project controls team of a group.
- Supports MODON Manager.

Requirements

- University degree in Business, IT, or Engineering (any discipline).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ten years total experience.
- Project Controls experience in a responsible position on large infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or higher in resource loaded environment on large projects (10,000 + activities).
- Skilled in Earned Value concepts and progress reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in variation orders including impact analysis, costing, and negotiation.
- Previous experience in KSA with a large international contractor on infrastructure or development projects.
- P.E. or Chartered Engineer is an advantage.
- Ability to read, write, and/or speak Arabic is a plus.
