PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience :
At least 10 years field experience in all aspects of Project Controls, including Planning and Scheduling, Cost Engineering, estimating and Quality Surveying. Experience with staff supervision is essential will preferably have worked for one major companies in the construction or petro-chemical field, and have experience in both the Home Office and Field Environment.

Other: Computer literate and relevant experience in Primavera, Microsoft Excel, Word Processor and other Windows product is essential.
Must have appropriate experience in the use of computerized Scheduling packages for the production of CPM diagrams and networks.
Must have excellent communication skills (read, write and speak) in the English language.
Must have a driving license for Saudi Arabia.

Medical and Physical : Must be medically, physically and mentally fit. Between 30 and 45 years old.

Education : Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Project Engineering or related fields. Must have B.S. degree qualification or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or similar.

Preference will be given to personnel with work experience in the Middle East and/or Africa, with Home Office experience in the USA or Western Europe. Offshore experience is an advantage
