Project Controls Manager

Job description / Role

My client a project management organisation working on the construction of a major railway project in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Controls Manager to oversee all comercial aspects on the project to ensure that it is completed on time, to budget and to the desired specification. The role will include -

• Head, manage and supervise a team of Project Controls Engineers and Planners.
• Follow up and implement the established project controls processes and prepare all reporting and deliverables as required.
• Prepare and manage the schedule of the works.
• Manage the contract scope including any claims and variations.
• Manage the invoicing and measurement processes.
• Assist in the procurement of project materials and subcontractors and their subsequent control.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in civil engineering or a construction related field and must have proven experience in a project controls manager role. Candidates will have preferably worked on major civil engineering projects such as highways and roads or major rial and metro projects.
