Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Supervise and coordinate all Projects Control activities either performed directly or through sub-contractors to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the construction schedule, within budget and project quality requirements.

Requirements

- University degree in Engineering
- Min. 5 years management experience in construction industry at similar level.
- Min. 8 years management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Proven analytical, planning and organizing skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to perform under stressful situations
- Results driven and decisive personality
- Substantial business, legal and contractual awareness
- Fluency in the English language
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts
- Min. 10 years working experience in the construction industry
