Our client is an international consultancy providing project management services on a major oil & gas development in Ruwais, UAE.

Project Control Manager - Site based, UAE.

Job Description for PMC Project Control Manager:

Must have 10-15 years prior experience on EPC's $250million in a Project Controls Managers role with knowledge/experience of projects from construction through pre-commissioning and commissioning. Prior experience with marine loading jetty or new build offshore platform projects a plus.

Prepares weekly/monthly reports for PMC and reviews and approves Contractor Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports. Responsible for review and Trend and Risk Analysis. Input to Delay Claims Defence. Preparing Monthly Presentations for Client Senior Management. Leading Weekly Project Controls Review Meeting with Contractor.

Provides cost/schedule/progress monitoring services to PMC Project Manager. This will include the analysis, advice and service to continually improve cost/schedule/progress management and administration processes.

Package
13 weeks on 2 weeks off, with economy class fares to point of hire each rotation. Site based single status assignment, camp with food and laundry provided. Salary subject to negotiation.

Requirements

Must have:

Relevant Degree (Engineering)
Familiarity with P6, At Risk, Claim Digger etc as well as proficient with computers #Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and E-mail) High fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract/planning terminology.

Past Middle East and Offshore Project experience would be a plus as would prior Client or PMC experience.
