Project Coordinator - Al Futtaim Comprehensive Vehicle Auto Services

Job description / Role

Tyrezone is the wholesale division of Al Futtaim Comprehensive Vehicle Auto Services which deals with B2B sales in the tyre, battery and accessories segment.

In the UAE, Tyrezone is currently operating sales offices in six locations with large central warehouses in Dubai Industrial City. In the UAE, Tyrezone distributes Toyo, Jinyu, Maxxis, BF Goodrich & Chao yang brand of tyres and Panasonic, GS and Asahi battery range.
Tyrezone is expanding a similar operation to Saudi Arabia in partnership with new brands.We are looking to recruit and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The main purpose of the role is to enhance operational efficiency through process mapping, time and motion studies to increase customer satisfaction and profitability in all Al FuttaimComprehensive Vehicle Auto Servicesprocesses.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

* Conduct time and motion studies on all aftersales operations to ensure a sustainable growth in productivity and efficiency.
* Mapping of all aftersales processes to ensure compliance to standards and promotion Kaizen groups to enhance operational efficiency and solve operational obstacles.
* Introduce a project management culture within the aftersales divisions, to ensure the accurate execution of the Plan, Do, Check and Action cycle.
* Support the network and business development team to ensure the successful introduction of process quality gates to ensure accurate systems and customer data for the whole Aftersales Operation.
* Support the Facility Project Manager with the set-up and layout of all new and existing facilities within Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Minimum Experience:

5 YEARS in Process Studies in any organization.

Job-Specific Skills:

Microsoft Proficient (MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio Excel and Word)
Excellent Verbal and Analytical Skills required
