Job description / Role
Sri Lankan, Arabic (especially Jordanian), Western, Turkish candidate are preferred.
To undertake all the activities for project permit submission/collection of deposits and timely processing of various legal documents with relation to regulatory and project authority approvals.
Provide operations support from the project initiation through the project post- completion handover. Liaise with the relevant internal departments and also with suppliers and sub-contractors to provide up-to-date and concise information to ultimately aid project delivery.
To follow and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure for processing or delivery of assigned services.
Provide a service that will ‘Exceed’ the Customer’s expectations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit out and/or estimation.
Detailed knowledge of types of materials and their unit rates.
Experience in cost and commercial management through the design, tender, and construction stages of multiple-discipline interior fit out projects is an advantage.
Experience with UAE Government rules and regulations
