Project Coordinator (x2) - (e-Commerce) - Retail Divisional Office

Al-Futtaim's Retail Division holds a stable of world class brands operating in buoyant markets with huge growth prospects. Some of our brands are Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, and IKEA as well as Robinsons with a range of smaller brands selected for their appeal to the markets in which we operate. We currently operate our Retail outlets across the Middle East and in South East Asia.

We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout the UAE, Egypt and GCC countries. We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator - e-Commerce to join our retail team based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities of this role will involve:
* Assisting the PM in the drafting and issuance of projects proposals, RFPs, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules (Most projects' target is to get an online store for a brand which is 360 degree eCommerce capable).
* Attend client meetings and assist with determination of projects requirements.
* Prepare project organization and communication charts.
* Attend site meetings and distribute minutes to all projects team members.
* Use project scheduling and controlling tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

* BSc. in Computer Science or MIS preferably with commerce focus.
* PMP certification is a plus.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a softwarelife-cycle.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and mutli-tasking while paying close attention to detail.
* Hands on Integrated Change Control.
* Hands on lean management.


Minimum Experience:
* Experience in supporting Project Managers in the delivery of eCommerce Projects.

Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent English skills, Arabic is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Projects and the MS Suite of products.
* Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
