The RoleThe RoleOur Client is a leading International Architectural, Design and Project Management company located in Dubai. The organisation work extensively within local and international markets on a range of exciting projects within the commercial, retail, residential, hotel and industrial sectors and now require a Project Coordinator to join the Project Design Management Team. The successful applicant will work under the direction if the Senior Design Manager / Project Director providing a key support role in management of the design process on large scale projects. You will facilitate the implementation and execution of all Project controls, working with available project resources to include programmes, schedules, process reports and records. |
RequirementsRequirementsPreference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience of the following: Thorough knowledge of the design process Timely coordination with multi-disciplinary project teams Setting and meeting project delivery timelines Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to produce written reports and delivery programmes (using either MS Project or Primavera) Previous experience gained within a company operating in the Middle East Region is preferred.
