Job description / Role
Responsible for site surveying & coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works
Liaise and coordinate with customers, external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery
Consult with design and engineering personnel to define production and aesthetic standards for displays
Determine vendor participation based on suppliers core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters
You will coordinate with in-house teams/departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview
Facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years commercial interiors/refurbishments experience
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently in the GCC Countries
Degree/Diploma or any certificate course in Civil Engineering/Interior Designing/Architecture
