Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Coordinate project(s) implementation activities based on PMO methodologies.
- Provide the requested support and follow-up for project management activities and events.
- Gather data and information for the assigned project.
- Create presentations, check project deliverables and maintain the project information repository.
- Help resolve project conflicts, identify resource requirements and align the project team on project scope.
- Participate in Project Meeting, Planning and Reviews.
- Visit Project implementation locations and help in supervising all activities.
- Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Maintain Project Managers and/or Program Mangers calendars.
- Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines to all project members.
- Coordinate and follow up the related activities of deliverable's quality assurance.
- Coordinate and support effective communication within project activities.
- File all project documents (hard and soft copies).
- Track project input or changes and produces updated project schedule as agreed with project management.
- Collect and include project status from all team members, compile summary documents, management

- Coordinate and support the issuance of project reports on a regular basis.
- Support in scheduling work activities, planning and implementing a project.
- Working with vendors to order materials and coordinate services.
- Perform the assigned coordination and add-hock responsibilities.
- Conduct department and project(s) documentation control.
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
- Diploma with 5 - 7 years of work experience including 2 years in project management.

Required Skills:
- PMIs Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) for Bachelors degree candidates.
- PMIs Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) for Diploma candidates or 50 Hours of Project Management
- Training or Academic Courses.
