Follow up with the Clients situations

Number of people reporting to the project manager will depend on the project itself and the size of it.
Prepare RFP (Request for proposal)
Evaluate all companies after the tender close
Control and planning for Balance Score Card for the IT Sector
Attend Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Courses
Train employees on Enterprise Project Management System (Microsoft Project Server 2010)
Suggest some ideas for IT Department

Requirements

Bachelor's degrees in IT
5+ years of experience
PMP certified
Organized
Good communication skills
Leadership skills

Driving license
Should be UAE resident
Arabic Speaker
Willing to stay for over team working hours
