Job description / Role
A Leading A Grade local engineering consultancy firm based in Doha seeking a Project Design Manager with 15 to 20 years of practical project management experience in consultancy firm.
Requirements
- BSC Architectural degree with design qualifications.
- Senior Project design Manager 15-20 years overall Experience with a minimum of 5 years in Gulf.
- Extensive knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D, Revit and FIDC Contracts implementation.
- Strong command in pre contract interpretation, and post contract claims and variations analysis.
- Dispute resolution, project monitoring, sub-contract management, ect.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Diversified experience in multi-disciplinary projects with engineering consultancy firms
