Job description / Role
We are on assignment with a leading construction consultancy who are seeking a Project Director for a major new Airport project in Southern Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will assume full responsibility for construction supervision on the project and will ensure that it is delivered to the desired strategy.
This is a crucial appointment for our client, the preferred candidate will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery airport projects.
Requirements
- Must possess a relevant Structural/Civil Engineering or similar degree qualification.
- Previous experience working for a recognised construction company in a project leadership role is a must have requirement.
- Previous experience working in Middle East would be highly desirable.
- Must have a proven track record in the delivery of airport projects as Project Manager/Director.
- Possess strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities.
- Have excellent leadership and management abilities.
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, organised and confident.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to effectively lead and communicate with a multicultural team at all levels.
