Project Director (Construction - Middle East)

Adamine are working on behalf of a Medical Group in the Middle East who are seeking a candidate for the position of Project Director for a Hospital Project. The selected candidate will lead project development activities as well as the oversight and coordination of all activities involved in the design, construction, and commissioning of the new Hospital.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the efforts for the development and management of design project timeline
- Oversee the completion of Care Park master plan
- Assist in the development and management of tendering process for the main contractor. Review tender submissions and comparative reports for selection and approval
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of the PMO company
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting Program Management meetings
- Represent the hospital in all PMO and main contractor meetings
- Review and provide feedback on cost consulting reports
- Facilitate the approval process for any pending issues at the Hospital

Requirements

- This position requires Masters in Healthcare Administration or MBA and Engineering or Architectural Degree is preferred
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or Architectural background
- Greenfield experience preferred
- 7 - 10 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 10 years + Project Management/Director experience
- Experience in setting up and managing a hospital and/or components of a hospital.
- Experience with supervising greenfield hospital project from design, through construction to activation
- Healthcare related project management experience
- Ability to lead negotiations and finalize agreements
- Experience of working in the Middle East is preferred
