Requirements
- Egyptian National
- 15 years pm experience
- Project Director for 5 years plus
- Construction Management experience within the retail area
- Solid Manager who has experience of managing large teams
- Headed up large projects managing the design and concept side
- Lead on design
- Lead on commercials
- Degree qualified in engineering or similar
- Have worked for a reputable consultancy or on the client side
* Candidates must have the technical know how to lead on the design and concept of the project
