The RoleThe RoleTo be based in Makkah, KSA Our Client is a leading Saudi owned company with main focused on providing engineering products in the fields of Electrical, Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Oilfield Equipment catering to the construction sector. The Group has been recognized by its reputation as a successful and dynamic group, with an operational headquarters in Riyadh. They are looking to recruit a technically qualified and highly experienced PROJECT DIRECTOR with extensive experience in high rise building construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, budgeting and coordinating of various construction projects. |
RequirementsRequirementsJob Requirements: Minimum 20 years relevant experience Specialization in High Rise building construction Must be a qualified Engineer with membership of Chartered Institution Strong knowledge of Hotel Infrastructure Strong Safety background Strong knowledge of CSI specifications, American & British codes & standards Site supervision & consulting experience Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract documentations. Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of HOW TO Strong knowledge of cost management. Strong construction coordination knowledge. Strong management skills |
