Project Director – Hotel / High Rise
Our client is a leading international main contractor, with operations across he Middle East and beyond. They are a major organisation and able to include some of the regions most iconic projects in their portfolio.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Director to join their team on a Hotel / High Rise project in Dubai.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will already possess:
* A minimum of 25 years industry experience.
* Previous experience of hotels / high rise projects.
* A background with well know main contractors.
* Previous Project Director level experience.
* Experience of overseeing high value projects.
* Previous Middle East experience.
* A relevant degree – such as Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Package is very much open to negotiation on experience, but will reflect the seniority and importance of this position.
