Project Director - Huge High-Rise Project - Saudi

Our client is seeking an established Project Director to spearhead an iconic landmark project in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in delivering 55+ storey High Rise schemes from within a Clients Team or International Consultancy environment.

You will be the main interface between the business and the client/stakeholders and will hold ultimate accountability for the running of the program against prescribed timescales and budgets.

This role is urgent and CVs will be reviewed immediately.

Requirements

- Extensive high-rise delivery experience from within Client/Consultancy businesses
- Extensive programme / project management experience
- A current leadership role or recent proven leadership ability
- Technically qualified to at least degree level, ideally with post-graduate qualification(s)
- A minimum of 20 years post-graduation experience
- Member of a relevant professional body
- Established team leadership, collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Experience in communicating with senior level stakeholders.
