Job description / Role
Our client is an international multi discipline engineering company who have an excellent reputation and have worked on some of the largest projects in the Middle East region. They have recently been awarded a major section on the construction of the Mecca Metro project in Saudi Arabia and are looking to recruit an experienced Project Director. The role will be to manage all aspects of the project including liaison with the contractor, client and design consultants to ensure that the project is completed on time, to budget and as per the clients requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related subject and must possess at least 20 years years experience in the construction, design and project management of heavy infrastructure projects such as rail and metro systems. candidates should be familiar with all local and international design standards and will have recent experience of working in the Middle East region. Due to the location of this project candidates must be Muslim in order to enter Mecca.
