Job description / Role
Project Director for mixed use building. Senior role working for a leading company who work on some of Qatar's leading building projects including hotels, high rise, retail malls, and parks.
As Project Director you will be responsible for managing and leading high profile contractors teams whilst liaising with the commercial departments and various all of the consultants team and client representative. The successful candidate will come from a Contractor or Project Management background and be used to taking a lead role on major projects and running a multi-cultural team. A Strong Preference will be given to applicants with Middle East experience.
Requirements
* Degree Qualified in relevant discipline.
* Strong project experience in new build projects.
* Have managed projects as lead Project director from inception to completion.
* Previous experience with a consultancy or project management company.
* Ability to manage stakeholders at a senior level.
* A stable track record is important alongside the possession of excellent design management and communication skills.
