Employment: Full Time

My client is a local reputable consultancy with projects throughout Saudi Arabia. They urgently require a Project Director in Riyadh, on a high rise tower project.

The project is a mixed use project - 5 * hotels and high rise towers. You will act as the Project Director, liaising with the client and supervising a large team of engineers.

Requirements

Educated to Bachelors Degree level and Chartered
20 years + sector experience
Wealth of experience in high rise buildings or 5* Hotel projects
Strong knowledge of CSI specifications, American & British codes & standards
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract documentations
Strong English communication skills
Must be Muslim
