Senior Project Director (Programme Manager)

Exciting opportunity to take a key role in the rail division for a major international consultant in Doha. This is a Senior Role and key part of the organisations senior management team and will involve both leading projects and developing and growing the sector

Experienced Project Director with extensive rail project experience. The successful candidate will have completed mega rail projects from beginning to end. You will be capable of dealing with complex projects that are also highly political and have excellent client facing skills. The ideal background will be someone that has worked with a major international consultants or client side with an excellent background in Project Management.

You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multitasker and have natural time management skills. You will have excellent client and contractor management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative, be degree qualified and be fluent in written and spoken English. You will be a talented individual who wants to be part of a world leading Blue Chip international consultancy working on high profile projects.

Requirements

* Degree Qualified and ideally a post graduate qualification or professional qualification
* Rail, Light Rail or Metro project experience
* Programme Management experience for major multi-faceted rail projects
* Middle East experience ideal
* Ability to both lead projects and develop business through strong client relationships
* Consultant or Client Side Experience
* Stable track record working for international consultants within the rail sector
