Project Director (Rails)

Job description / Role

- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various projects' phases.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan, and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel, and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for management, clients, etc.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.

Requirements

- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Experience in building projects; including railway projects
- Experience as project director/manager (preferable in GCC countries)
- Able to prove his qualifications for leadership and coordination
- Able to show his previous project experience and references with details
