Job description / Role
New appointment, very senior role for Lead PD and head of sector for a Construction and Development PMC.
The role will require:
* Lead as Program Director / PD of projects and interfaces.
Head Project Management Delivery for multiple portfolio Projects.
Lead/ maintain and develop the team and interfaces.
Oversee the selection, tender and award process of various projects.
Track and report project portfolio performance Develop program leadership plan and implement strategy.
Project strategic and delivery management of construction and Infrastructure
development programs and portfolios covering government backed Vision Projects to Master Developer portfolio.
Client-side strategic program/portfolio management.
Design, Program, Risk, Construction Supervision and Projects Management and leadership and development of project teams.
Building or re-structuring project and development management teams and organizations.
High Level mediation in Stakeholder development and management, of expectations, vision, contractual methodology, contracts and negotiations and in the mitigation
of differences between contract parties.
Requirements
We require;
* Degree Minimum in Construction/ Civil or other related Build Environment Degree.
* Chartered status, in MICE, RICS, PMP, MCIOB or other.
* IRM Study or awareness and able to demonstrate a high level of ERM within the construction arena.
* 20 years Industry experience working on major Build and/or Infrastructure projects internationally.
* Minimum 5 years in a Senior Projects Director / Program Director leadership role, ideally with 2 years in GCC region.
* Must have minimum 2 years in GCC region, to understand the micro dynamics of the environment.
* Must have solid career background, concept to completion delivery of at least 2 major programs, we will not consider who have never seen the full 360 process through.
* Experience in urban master planned, major Hospitality, Mixed Use $1B USD plus projects.
