Job description / Role
Candidate with extensive hands-on experiences as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager in planning, scheduling, construction of high valued High Rise Towers, Commercial Building Projects such as Malls, Hospitals & Warehouses or Infrastructure Projects such as Roads & Bridges, Metro, Water & Swage pipe lines, Pumping Stations, Reservoirs Projects in international / GCC Countries.
Candidate with experience at minimum 2 major Projects over UD$ 200 Million at the capacity of Senior Project Manager / Project Manager with sound knowledge of Construction Technologies & Management.
Requirements
Masters or Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with sound academic merit.
PMP Certified or Chartered Engineering Accredited candidate would be preferred.
Over 20 years and candidate with GCC or International experiences over 12 years would be preferred.
