Job description / Role

Are you a Project Director with at least 4 years experience working for a Main Contractor on High-Rise Superstructures of 40 stories and above in the Middle East? If so, We want to speak with you!

My client, a leading international main contractor with an outstanding track record on delivering high level projects across Infrastructure & Build, are looking to acquire an experienced Project Director for their flagship project in Dubai. This project, the construction of 4 High-Rise towers, is an extremely high-end project which consists of both hotels & residential units all of which, will be above 40 floors and will contain a bridge many floors up connecting the buildings.

Requirements

- Have a degree in any of the following; Civils, Structures, Building, Construction, Architecture
- Have Project Directed multiple High-Rise projects
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience with Superstructures, constructing towers of 40 stories and above
- Have experience working Mega-Scale projects in the Middle East
- Have outstanding leadership skills
- Be able to work under very demanding conditions
- Be able to communicate with Employer, Consultant, Client and additional Stakeholders

This will at times be a 6 day working week but in return you will be rewarded with all inclusive package ranging from AED 65-75K + Flights, Health Insurance and Transportation.
