The RoleThe RoleOur Client is an organisation committed to being a leading project management organisation, delivering superior solutions and value in a major portfolio of projects across the GCC and North Africa for one of Dubai’s premium real estate developers. They provide strategic programme and project management, commercial management, and design management services on some of the most prestigious, exciting, and challenging construction projects in the world today. Due to continued success, they now require a Project Director to run a flagship scheme in Morocco. The project consists of: 1.2 million square meter site, mixed-use urban community project covering more than 100 hectares on both sides of the Bouregreg River Valley. 10 mil ft2 GFA, comprising 3,000 low-rise and mid-rise apartments, retail, 5 star, 4 star, and 3 star hotels, mall and souk, commercial space, 3 mosques, hospital, convention centre, aqua park, marina, multiplex cinema, and parking. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will need to be fluent in French / English, have a strong understanding and knowledge of the local Moroccan culture and construction market. He / She must have high level senior management experience (Board level). Experience in mixed use projects at large scale is a must. Excellent package available. |
