Job description / Role
My client is looking for a full time Project Director for the Msheireb Phase 3 project in Doha. Someone ideally with Contractor's background on similar projects in the GCC region. Please understand that he would become the face of the project when dealing with Consultant or outside Agencies.
The candidate will be involved in the overall management of the project, internally and externally, including:
- Daily and weekly internal meetings
- Coordination meetings with Client, Consultants, JV Partner, and Subcontractors.
- Weekly & monthly presentations.
- Controlling project schedule, costs and expenditures, and working to maximize profitability.
- Reports to Senior Management on the progress of the projects.
Requirements
The candidate must be experienced in running similar projects in GCC region ideally Mixed-land use or hotel projects and knowledgeable in all aspects of project management and must have good communication skills
Architect/ Civil Engineering Graduate in the age bracket of 45 - 55 years
Preferred Nationality: American/ British/ European origin
Salary all inclusive: QAR 80 - 90,000.00 (+/- 5%)
Employment Status: FAMILY Status
Preferred joining: IMMEDIATE
Preference to candidates who have worked against American Consultant before from the Contractors side, ideally in the GCC region
