Job description / Role
This job entails taking the lead role on a major and prestigious multi-tower high rise development in Qatar working closely with the client and leading the team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of the team
- Reporting to senior board level
- Owning the budget for the team
- Project control management
- Liaising with the client, consultancies, and contractors
Requirements
* Degree Qualified and ideally a post graduate qualification or professional qualification
* A minimum of 20 years post graduate experience
* Experience in major new build projects of values in excess of $1 billion
* Programme Management experience for major construction projects
* Middle East experience
* Both Consultant/Client Side and Contracting experience
* Proven track record of completing projects from inception to completion
* Excellent grasp on the English language both spoken and written
