Job description / Role
A leading Retail developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Project Director or Manage the Construction of a Major Mall. You will be in charge of the onsite contractor and be responsible for driving the project and ensuring its timely and cost effective delivery to the world class standards this developer is renowned for.
Requirements
The ideal Candidate will come with a proven track record in Project Management and be able to demonstrate that they have delivered other retail projects, especially major shopping malls. You will ideally come from the client or consultancy side and have previous middle east experience.
