Job description / Role
As the project director (m/f), you are in the leading position of challenging projects and responsible for the control of schedules, costs and quality. You are also responsible for the company services in Saudi Arabia and the acquisition of new projects.
Requirements
You are either a graduate Architect (m/f) or Civil Engineer (m/f) with at least 15 years of work experience in comparable leadership positions of high rise projects. In your projects you always strive for the perfect solution, think both analytically and out-of-the-box and are willing to tackle any challenge. In addition to your fluent English language skills, you ideally also have a good command of Arabic.
Your many years of experience in the Arabian region mean that you are already optimally acquainted with the local market, mentality and conditions.
