Job description / Role
Our client is a world leader in the interior outfitting industry with a global footprint. They are seeking project engineers with fit out and interior finishing experience, to capitalize on the booming construction industry in the Saudi Arabia. This company performs contracting work, and requires candidates with past fit out/joinery experience for a project engineer position in Riyadh.
Candidate must have a transferable Iqama.
Duties:
- To carry out technical supervision of ongoing interior civil, finishing, and fit out work at all stages.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
- Coordinate with different contractors, consultants, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work.
- Coordinate with MEP professionals.
- Responsible for all finishing work.
- Interior Decoration, gypsum, tile, marble, flooring, ceiling, wood work, wall cladding, painting, etc.
- Calculate Quantities Required.
- Execute site from drawing.
- Independent handling of turnkey projects & finishing work.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Need transferable Iqama.
- At least 8 years experience in Site fit out, joinery, and Interior works.
- Contracting background.
- Civil engineering background.
- Previous experience in Gulf.
- Currently residing in KSA.
