Job description / Role
- Manage the day-to-day site operation including supervising and monitoring site engineers, the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site
- Assures compliance by subcontractors of all applicable governing agencies and company policies, practices and procedures
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Ensure and check all materials used and work performed as per specifications
- Liaise with clients and representative, subcontractors (architects, engineers, surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed with the progress
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering/Construction related field or equivalent
- 3 - 10 Years of experience in UAE
- Excellent Communication skills both spoken and written
- English plus Arabic Speaking
- With valid UAE driving license a must
