Job description / Role
One of the most recognised business groups in the region with interests across a diverse range of industries.
Reporting to the Project Manager and working across a number of high quality, high value interior fit out projects in the UAE. You will supervise a team designing and planning all HVAC/Firefighting related activities:
- Preparing material requests for all equipment and accessories.
- Execution of all HVAC/Fire Safety related activities
- Site coordination between Main contractor and Consultant
- Prepare target schedules for workers.Tendering Man hours & Materials and track the same in execution.
- Preparing daily reports and weekly reports to show the progress to the client.
Requirements
- You will have 3 - 5 years experience in this field which must be within Interior Fit out.
- A professional qualification in Civil Engineering would be an advantage but is not prerequisite.
- You will be able to demonstrate a stable career history alongside the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
