Project Engineer

Job description / Role

The company we represent has been established for more than 50 years and has expanded over time to become one of the fastest growing and top civils companies in the middle east. They are now looking for a Project Control Manager a $310 marine project on a desalination plant North of Jubail

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in construction industry.
Follow up, implement the established and documented project control processes.
Coordinate on a daily basis with the Project Controls Manager.
To assist in preparing the progress reports for the project as required or any other project reports, which will be requested.
To assist in maintaining the data information to ensure project target dates are met.
To assist in the coordination and cooperation with Finance and Procurement Departments.
To assist in working with the provisions and guidelines of the Quality, Environmental, and OHSAS procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is essential
Master’s Degree is desirable
Good command of English language
Computer Literate
Fluent in English
Adequate Capability

Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Able to work under pressure.
Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.

Requirements

3-5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Competent in Primavera (P3 or P6) and planning, and in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarization with technical specifications.
Able to meet deadlines, which are related to the Project requirements.
Demonstrate human relations and effective communication skills.
