The RoleThe RoleThe candidate will be the person responsible for the daily activities of the assigned project in front of the customer. He follows the daily activities by a constant and regular presence on the construction site. He is the reference point for the customer and the consultant about all the issues which may arises. To solve these issues he has to follow the technical indications which are provided by Ferretti Technical department. He reports directly to the Project Manager (PM), and for the detail schedule of his daily activities he refers to the Site Manager (SM) In detail his duties are: • Attend meetings and prepare all the relevant reports and all the important documents related to the project; • Be a constant presence on the construction site, so that to be a support to the work of the civil assistant during the daily activities by relating with the customer; • Receive from the customer and the consultant the issues raised; • Discuss with the site manager(SM) and the civil assistant these issues; • Report and discussed with the customer and the consultant the possible solution agreed with the CM and the SM; • Keep track of the different issues raised and solved about the daily construction; • Prepare the documentation necessary for the daily progress of the works; • Discuss official documentation and letters with the SM and/or the PM representatives; • Take care of collecting and filling all documents and mails related to his project and transfer copy to the headquarters; • Cooperate and coordinate with all the colleagues involved in the assigned project so that to have a daily and efficient stream of information and keep update all the documentation to present. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe look for a person who has a diploma or a technical degree, of an age between 30 and 40 years old, who has gained an experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in construction companies for industrial projects or in engineering companies. The ideal candidate will have also a very good attitude for team working and a very good knowledge of the English and/or Italian language. The place of work is in Libya (Tripoli or Misurata), length and typology of contract and the salary have to be defined in relation to abilities and experiences. |
