Project Finance and PPP Expert

Our client is a leading investment company based in Abu Dhabi. They are in the process of expanding their infrastructure investments division and consequently are looking for an experienced Project Finance and PPP expert to grow the division.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing infrastructure investments on a global basis. Other responsibilities include:

-Lead investment and development opportunities for infrastructure section
-Direct project finance team and define commercial terms and conditions for contracts
-Managing existing infrastructure portfolio
-Financial Planning for portfolio and revenue forecasting

This is a unique opportunity to work for a leading investment company, which will provide global exposure. Salary for the position will be in excess of US$250,000 per annum plus additional benefits and bonus.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you will need:

-15 plus years’ experience with PPP and Project Finance for Infrastructure Investments
-Experience managing project finance contracts and budgets in excess of US$200 Million
-Middle East experience preferred
-Experience with concession based projects preferred
-Commercial and financial knowledge of construction industry
