This is an outstanding opportunity for a top performing individual who can optimize project management and planning capabilities to enhance the overall performance of the companys divisions. Based in Muscat he will report directly to the divisional Executive Vice President, bringing greater profitability via better utilisation of available resources and organisational strategies. This role will play a critical part in making the company capable of attaining their planned revenue targets, by reducing project costs & time scales and overcoming project milestones. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have an Engineering degree. Your career experience would need to be made up of at least 5 years site experience, followed by supervisory and senior positions which have now grown into a senior management position. You will have at least 12 to 14 years of management experience over and above your site experience. To be eligible, you will need to have acquired the majority of this experience working with contracting companies. Your core expertise must have been gained in one of three sectors: Oil & Gas, Utilities & Services and/or Roads and Bridges. Our client is seeking an experienced Engineer with experience in running divisions or projects in the range of US$700 million p.a. The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following: Strong professional knowledge of project execution best practice from a contractor perspective. Experience in developing and executing strategies to optimise organisation performance Good balance of technical knowledge, strategic flair and hands on involvement Results driven individual with diverse and dynamic commercial management experience and multiple project execution Tough minded, organised, pragmatic, astute and street wise The compensation package offered to the successful candidate is negotiable and will be based upon his relevant experience and overall suitability.
