The RoleThe RoleOur client, one of largest companies within diary consumer products, has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Leader for the Middle Eastern and North African markets. You will play a key role in developing projects, products and concepts that will give the company a competitive advantage and return on investments. Based at the site in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Within project management you will: Be the person responsible for managing the project Be responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project. You will be responsible for the outcome (success or failure) of the project. Be involved with the planning, controlling, facilitating and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assign This role has an internal as well as an external communication responsibility and the role includes: Securing strong relationships with suppliers and cooperating parties Establishing and developing the internal relations in the local company across departments and the multicultural environment as well as within the company internationally Develop and implement strategies for the project management Ensure the delivery of the various projects objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality You will be reporting to the Diary Manager with no direct reports. This position is new and needs an entrepreneurial approach, and requires a solid experience of food manufacturing and project management. You should be familiar within food engineering combined with project management degree or similar. In either way, insight into process technology and dairy chemistry, including good application skills, will be needed. However background within the diary business is not a must. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequired Competencies and Experiences: Relevant experience within food manufacturing or the experience could derive from a development environment Solid project management skills enabling driving the projects confidently from start to finish A commercial perspective enabling transformation of product specific language into unique selling points Working and experience with Lean thinking in the production is a benefit, but not a must Able to prove a high drive with a high involvement in the process - not afraid of being on the floor Salary: Attractive + Benefits |
